Good news on the associations created in Devon, bad news in the fact that the municipal lot on Bpt/ Ormond has become the home for a squatter in an old white camper. It has been there for a couple of weeks, it is an eyesore everytime I drive by on the way home (who knows if this person/'s are dangerous). I guess not only my tax dollars, but my neighbors as well are used for those city officials/employees that look the other way, after all it is only Devon. Funny thing is the MIlford Weekly, run by a new alderman is right next door. For every step forward we seem to take a step back.

Hi Diane- The camper has not gone unnoticed. The police were there talking with him earlier this afternoon.
It is not 'Only Devon' it is our home and we need to take care of it, that's important to me, we can't afford to take steps back. Right next door is Milford Living, not Milford Weekly and I am that newly elected Alderman. I am on top of it! If you have concerns please feel free to call me 876-8618 Best- Suzanne

Barbara Lambert is Always Looking Out For CT Veteran's

I heard she won an award. Great Job!

This year much of our attention was focused on the current economic
situation and its impact on our state budget, however, we did not forget
our veterans. We passed a number of bills with full bi-partisan support
making things easier for veterans, active personnel, and their families.
I have outlined only a few of the bills passed this year. If you would like
to learn more about any of these bills, other veteran-related bills, or any
other matter, please contact me.

Barbara, is also looking for ways to create more jobs for CT's unemployed. These Jobs would reduce waste, increase recycling and save CT lots of money.
Thanks Barbara for taking such good care of CT...
